Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. We hope you don’t have to return, but in the event you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to include the following information:
- Order Number
- A brief description of issue
- A photo is possible
- Contact information
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer
- Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling)
- If product is damaged, wrong item shipped or another issue of Positive Vibes by Ty or supplier, we will replace the item at no additional charge

At this time we do not offer exchanges. An alternative option is to return the unwanted item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
At this time masks cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
